Random....Came across this photo captioned with ....'wish I was cool enough to ride a bike with a skirt on.'
I'm guessing the sentiments allude to some 'wanna be skirt riding' girl(s) out there, but who fall short of actually going for it because of some self construed ideas that stop them from even giving it a try? Hmmmm.
